Health Guarantee Flight School Aviaries guarantees that at the time of shipping the bird(s) are in good health. We encourage our customers to have the bird(s) examined by an avian veterinarian of their choice with 3 business days of purchase. If at this time the bird(s) are found to have a condition that affects their health or well-being as determined by the examining vet, we require that all laboratory tests and examination results be made available to our veterinarian. If the existing condition is of a minor, correctable nature we will pay for any treatment. If the condition is of a more serious or permanent nature we will, at your discretion, refund your money in full or (subject to our availability) replace the bird(s) with bird(s) of the same species, age and sex (if known) or bird(s) of equal value if so agreed by the buyer. Failure to have the bird(s) examined by an avian specialist within 3 days of delivery constitutes the buyer's acknowledgement of an "as is" sale. We cannot guarantee unweaned birds against mistakes in hand-feeding. This guarantee is void if leg bands are removed.
